Service Agreement

When you book our services, you enter into an agreement with Lahore Blooms for wedding room decoration services in Lahore.

Booking and Payment

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of advance payment
• Remaining payment is due after decoration completion at your location
• Prices may vary based on location, design complexity, and flower availability
• Payment methods include JazzCash, Bank Transfer, or cash

Service Delivery

• We coordinate timing with your family or hotel management
• Room decoration typically takes 1-2 hours depending on design complexity
• We ensure clean setup and removal of packaging materials
• Our team arrives on time and completes decoration before the couple arrives

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours before the event may be eligible for a partial refund. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Please contact us via WhatsApp for cancellation requests.

Service Areas

We provide services throughout Lahore including DHA, Bahria Town, Model Town, Gulberg, Johar Town, Cantt, and other major areas. Service availability may vary based on location.

Limitation of Liability

Lahore Blooms is not responsible for any damage to property that occurs during the decoration process, provided we follow standard safety practices. We take care to protect walls, furniture, and flooring during setup.
